Check the canonical name (CNAME) that maps an alias to a real domain.
The CNAME record maps an alias hostname to the canonical (real) domain name. For example, www.domain.com may be a CNAME pointing to domain.com. CNAMEs must always point to another domain name, never directly to an IP.
